Del Martin holds a Master’s degree in structural geology and is an auto mechanic, a farmer who raises his own cows and schickens, a woodsman, a builder and the Captain of his Vermont town’s Fire Department. He is also an accomplished blacksmith. Martin maintains a forge and all its accouterments; anvils, hammers, tongs, vises and fly press.
