Sandhya Garg was born in India, and her bold imagery is reflective of the artwork of the native Gond tribe of Madhya Pradesh. She teaches at MASS ART in Boston and is a 2011 graduate of the London College of Fashion. Her career was really launched on Season 13 of Project Runway, where she won two Challenges, was in “Top” for three Challenges and her work was loved by judges Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia and Zac Posen. Since then, her dresses have been featured in Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan.
“My designs, which are unique, bold and conversational, are also wearable,” states Garg. “They are not just there to make a statement or illustrate a concept, but to be worn and worn comfortably. Women who wear my clothes are confident, fierce, artistic and ready to embrace the cultures of the world.”
