Dennis Paul Peterson practices what he calls “classic contemporary” design. By incorporating contrasting woods, graceful design elements and varied woodworking techniques, the result is home furnishings that function both as art and furniture, in contemporary as well as traditional settings. He has created cabinets and furniture for the Chief Executive Office of the White House, Washington, DC.; the Smithsonian Institute; and the World Bank, Washington, DC.
