R. Jason Howard uses traditional Italian glass techniques, modern developments in flame worked borosilicate glass, and a mix of his own invented techniques to draw from, and to acknowledge the past, present, and future. His functional work includes glass holiday ornaments and barware; his most recent work is a series of textural glass sculptures, abstract and otherworldly.
