Josh Solomon works glass in series that he calls Vertical, Etched, Glass and Steel and Abstract. Though visually diverse, they are series of works united by a common philosophy. Solomon received a BA in Studio Arts from Bard College in 2003 and gained expertise in many non-traditional glass blowing and casting techniques during a 6-year apprenticeship. Most recently, Solomon has been focusing on commissions, mixed media and one-of-a-kind works.
