Peiliang Jin communicates his visions via watercolor painting on paper. Early classical training in the traditional and ancient watercolor methods of Chinese art and his musical passion for the violin help him create his unique images. Fine point brushes allow him to convey with a single stroke accuracy and delicacy to highlighted structures within a work, as well as expansively blending curve, color and light that visually pulls the viewer into the painting.

Peiliang is an emigre from China who is now a US citizen. He was raised in an artist’s family, and studied traditional Chinese painting for 17 years with two Shanghai masters. He is also inspired by his travels around the world, and studied modern art in Dusseldorf, Germany.

It is his hope that those acquiring one of his paintings will find it becomes a daily part of their lives and a relaxing respite from the outside world.
