As an artist, I am deeply captivated by the profound emotional and symbolic power of reflectionsthose fleeting, layered images that reveal more than they conceal. Reflections are not just visual phenomena; they are metaphors for memory, identity, and the fluidity of perception. They are more than mirrored imagesthey are layered stories, quiet truths, and poetic dreams. Light dances in unexpected places, and I follow with a brush in hand. My artistic process is a journey of discovery, where I let the reflections guide my hand and the brush becomes a conduit for the emotions they evoke. I am drawn to reflections because still water speaks louder than words. The way light plays on the surface, the distortions, and the hidden depths all influence my brushstrokes. Reflections reveal both the real and the imagined, and in their quiet repetition, I discover the echo of beauty.

In each piece, I strive to paint not only what is seen, but also what is felt. The world looks softer when it’s upside down, and within that inversion lies space for introspection.

Through the layered imagery of reflection, I invite viewers to slow down, peer inward, and connect with their narratives. Through this work, I hope to engage audiences who are not only drawn to beauty but to meaningto the echo of story, memory, and emotion beneath the surface. The ‘echo’ I refer to is the resonance of personal experiences, the reverberation of memories, and the reflection of one’s own emotional landscape in the artwork. Ultimately, creating space for emotions to surface, stories to shimmer, and life to reveal itself in all its hues.
