My favorite technique is forging — Iit still amazes me that with a simple hammer and anvil, wire or sheet metal can be turned into beautiful three dimensional forms. For me, the sense of relaxed precision, tool marks, and rich metal colors are what make my work stand out.

Someone told me my work has an eggshell quality – – and I like that idea. Although there is thinness and lightness there is also strength.

My studio at 21 N. Dean Street in Englewood NJ has an attached retail gallery and is open to the public Thurs/Fri/Sat 11am to 6pm.
