Mixed Media is just what it sounds like; a highly creative combining of skilled techniques in two or more media into a single object. For example: a stained glass and metal screen, lighting made of cast paper, stone and wood, or a gazebo of copper, wood and fiberglass. You will also find basketry in mixed media, from traditional functional baskets to large sculptures and wall hangings incorporating basket techniques.
