Sharon Mehrman’s one-woman workshop produces heirloom quality home furnishings from sustainably harvested wood. She interprets styles from the Federalist period as well as the Arts and Crafts movement, and many of her decorative details make use of her love of typography. Mehrman’s seven-foot-tall Tiger Maple Grandfather Clock sports hand carved flame finials, fluted quarter columns with hand carved reeds, and a sculpted shell on the waist door. She’ll make you a bed, an end table or even an elevated dog bowl table inscribed “Woof”!
“Grandfather Clock”, Tiger Maple, hand cut mortise and tenon joinery with hand painted dial face. 86″x20″x11″.
